Now I wont go into detail, but I am going through some rough times right now. I just ask for you thoughts and prayers right now. Thats what will help me most of all. My dear friend, let me extend a warm hand of friendship to you and a big yellow rock. If this is a tough time because of grief, then just let it happen and let the feelings happen. You are actually healing and working through the grief process. It is so tough and grief just comes up and bites you when you least expect it and think that you are finally well with the world. Hi Elvis, some days are worse than others and very often we think that there is no way we will get thru the day but somehow we do. I didn't see your blog until today...I haven't been online that much lately. Monday, April 28th was the 2nd anniversary of my ex's death by suicide...things have been a little rocky around here, too. But, I prayed ahead of time and our daughter seems to be holding her own. Dear Elvis, We all have those days where nothing seems right and we only see dark clouds. I usually go to my home library, find a book that demands all my attention, and yet is not to heavy, and I start reading ... drowning my thoughts. The last book in which I drowned in was Qi ... How to Balance your Inner Energy. Practicing meditation and yoga every day also helps to guide your focus in a different, yet positive direction. Hope you come out of your cave soon and join us here Elvis. It's much sunnier here than in there, I assure you
