Friday's Bouquet


You all must have heard of the tiger flower, tiger lily and tiger orchid which are pretty flowers with spots or stripes. However, have you heard of the Tiger Barb?

It is an aquarium. I am sure there are tiger barbs in Honduras as we have the same climate. Maybe you were not as naughty as I when you were young which is why you have not seen them before. You have a joyful weekend too.

Bright yellow with black stripes is a marine fish but tha was not what I meant. The tiger barb in the photo is not the local species which is smaller with a narrower body. I don't know where it is from as I took the photo in the flower dome at the Gardens by the Bay.
