Interesting - password changes are something we deal with all of the time in our personal lives as well. Although, as I remember from my manager days there was a constant need for IT to assist with forgotten passwords.

My first thought was the correct answer.

Again too much thinking go on here.

Usually changing a password is self explanatory. No need for help.
Now if you said creating a password, that a horse of a different color! So you bucked me again.

I said copying and scanning, not because it's difficult but because it's boring, cumbersome, and time consuming. I know, I stand by the copy machine to scan all the time. Just waiting for some cute thing to ask me for help! I figure If she ask me to copy and corrulate, its just her long way of saying she wants me to copulate!
