I was GOING to say directions, but I said coupons.

Some directions are worth throwing away once you see they don't quite match the product.

Yup, missed again! I cannot master chopsticks, in a restaurant or take-out. Mary (agedverywell) and I went to a Chinese restaurant in Atlanta...only 4 or 5 Caucasians, the rest Chinese. I tried and tried and figured I was going to eat cold food soooo, I asked for a fork. Waited and waited, still trying to master those chopsticks. Never did get a fork so I ate with my fingers!

Finally......I got it right. I was beginning to think the questioned were gender biased! But like coach men don't use instruction, or maybe they don't need instructions, or maybe they don't think they need instructions, or maybe they need instructions but don't believe the instructor, Or maybe, just maybe, they're pig-headed!

Hi Ane: I thought it might be warranties. I bought a new $1,000. mattress set so I decided to buy a 5 yr warranty with it. In less than four years the springs were sticking in my back, so since I had the warranty all they offered me was a $50. discount if I bought a new mattress from them. What a useless warranty that was. No more warranties for me. It costs a fortune to ship something back to the manufacturer anyway.

I just read Bijou's comment and it triggered a memory.

I had gone to Sears to buy a new washer. The guy asked if I wanted to purchase a warranty. I asked if the new washer had a year or so guarantee...yes he said. I (being the smartie I am) said, ok you are betting me it won't last a year, I am betting it will last a year...no, I don't think I want one. He started laughing and said, ya got me! It was many years before it went kaput...

I got it wrong. I said wire hangers from dry cleaners. Who uses those horrible things? Plus if you hang something damp on them you will get rust stains.

Hi Shartaun: I think they keep making them just in case someone locks their keys in the car. lol
