I'm pleased to read that you are well and enjoying that hot and spicy food Bill, when we get to our age, we NEED some spice in our lives and though I could think of better places than a plate to get something spicy, I won't mention them on a site for senior citizens. Enjoy the tomales, Senor...

I haven't had homemade tamales in many years. I love them!

As I read what you were eating I thought...Lordy, I am glad he is alone eating them as it could get mighty noisy and smelly around your house!

Hi Bill,
Don, AneMac and I had the honor to be with Earthlover one time to make tamales in her house.

It was enjoyable and it was my first time to tasted. They tastes good. I like the spicy tastes of it.

Thanks for reminding me those days with friends.

I hope you enjoy the Holy Easter!

Betty

Hi Bill! I think I wouldn't like mexican "tamales", because they cook meals too hot and spicy. Ours are better for me...hehe.
Happy Easter.
