, KAREN! Good to see you, hon. I'm happy to have given you a smile. Have a lovely, restful Sunday!
Good morning, TH! Yes, indeed, Morning Has Broken. That song by Cat Stevens sets my soul afire every time I hear it. So many of my friends, who were getting married in the 1970's, used that as their wedding song. We always had a church member who could play guitar perform it at our Easter Sunrise Service. What lovely memories it conjures for me! Have blessed day, my friend!
Thank you, CAROLYN! Good to have your company on the trip. See you on your blog, GF!
Welcome to Blogland, ROCKY-MTN-HIGH! I'm happy to see you here. Hope you enjoy our community. Stop by any time.
Appreciation from another of the SFF poets is welcome praise, indeed, LIZ! You know how I enjoy reading your poems ~ and that On Horseback is my favorite among those you've posted on your blog. Such imagery! Between your blogs on RSA and Meri's tales from Alaska, no wonder my head's spinning! More soonest!
Ah, CHERYL, it's great to see you in Blogland again. My brother was very fond of telling everyone about my 'half-track' mind, especially when he and I were involved in some spur-of-the-moment debate. Thanks for the vote of confidence. Come back soon!
Hope your weekend was a good one, folks! Thanks for spending some of it with me. Joy in Jesus! Elsie

Hope you slept well and your thoughts are more in place though I doubt if you are ever confused by your own thoughts.
Thanks for dropping in, I had deleted my previous blogs, and started again, maybe that was why you couldnt find them.

I like it, Elsie - I really do. I like "muffler-grey" and "whispers a promise of rain" in particular.
And bed is where I am headed too - amnd tomorrow promises to be cold and rainy here in Cape Town too (though it's not cold where you are, is it !).

".....Morning has broken....
like the first morning....."
Sung by Cat Stevens

This is just a personal opinion, but life is more fun if you can find time to laugh.
