Apologies friends for the crazy colors that showed up here yesterday. I plead being overly excited by the reality of having almost unlimited time to blog, read your blogs and in general be on SFF again without feeling like an intruder into the time/space of an acquaintance who's being very generous to me.
Have spent the weekend on Dingbat's Mountain - really, in Nirvana - and have had great fun reading and responding to those of you who've taken a stroll down this ol' crooked road again.
What I must begin doing is keeping a journal of my blogs so that, when I go visit my friend's computer upstairs (we'll get caught up on my whereabouts, comings and goings soon, I promise), it will save time on entry and then I can have more time to visit blogs and (I hope!) to get back to the magazine and my groups.
Have a great week until I can check in again - right now, I'm thinking Thursday.

Good to see you again, too, Barbe! Commiseration on the 'gator problem. I lived in Florida for a couple of years an eon ago and had a No. 1 runnin' buddy who lived in Slidell, LA - a gator problem is a big hassle, regardless of the size of the gator or the law. Apparently, the gators don't keep up on the laws!
Thanks for the inquire res LizzieLoo. I'm trying to get in touch w/her but if you can e-mail and let her know I'm back on fairly often, I'd be grateful!

Elsie, welcome back. You have been missed. Have you let LizzyLoo know you are back? She doesn't come here very much, but I will let her know via email. Look forward to your blogs. Barbe

The color scheme was an accident, friends -- with thanks to our Classy Bag lady, who was brave enough to struggle through them. I was astonished when I called up the comments page and saw what had happened.
Thanks for the appreciation, encouragement and warm welcome home.

It's great to have you back amongst us here Elsie. I'm glad you changed that colour scheme from yesterday, I had to highlight the text to enable Maudie and and me to read it.

And I think your "crazy colors" were cute and dramatic! It feels so good to see you around again, Elsie. God bless.
