It’s in a quiet residential small town. No high rises. No busy commercial pollution of any kind. whenever you have your eyes open there are aloha trees, flowers & birds right at where you are.

You have to be 55+ to live there ( independent living). The entire community has 21 acres of land. 360 units are in clusters in one & two story buildings ranging from 380-900 sqf. The one the agent showed me was 883 sqf, asking for $300,000. Monthly maintenance fee is $428 that includes 24 /7 staff assistance, a community center & recreation areas, library, exercise room, cable TV………. There are some units for rent too.

They gave me two full page of activity schedules for the month that includes shuttle mini bus schedule to shopping & other places, social gatherings, ping-pong ……and my goodness, on Sep 5 Medicare & a SS rep will be here with Congressman Abercrombie to discuss current changes in the programs.

Anybody interested is welcome to email me for their phone #.
