Hi Aloha,
Half my daily intake of food is raw. It is certainly they way to go. There are some people that eat only raw food.
I stay away from eating any processed foods.
Keeping it simple is far better for you.

Hi Aloha,
I agree with Kitcat, stay away from processed foods. If you have to look up the ingredient on processed foods chances are it isn't good for you. I believe that a intake balance diet,is good for everyone. Which is small amounts of many foods and a rainbow of colors. Raw foods loosly(cleaned) prepared. Little or no red meat at all, but cooked well done. I love fish, cooked or sushi. I like, but try to find a chicken that hasn't been pumped full of who knows what. Chicken like many meats are rape processed so much, I pass on them.

I love sashimi, raw seafood (shrimp, squid etc.) dipped in wasabi and soy sauce with pickled ginger on the side. I avoid buying canned goods but will usually settle for deli food and cheese and make a sandwich than go buy fastfood. tossed fresh veggies with cheese, eggs covered with my own vinaigrette is another fave of mine. thanks for sharing. {{HUGZ}}

Thank you all for coming.
When your stomach feels discomfort, all you need to do is eat mostly fresh vegies & fruits without having to take medications, much less to see a doc.
When i had an irritated stomach syndrom for years i thought it was the problem with my bowels rather than paying attention to what kinds of food i ate. Believe me it's the foods you eat that makes the difference. Go on line to get some basic common sense. You'll feel better.

Model Carol Alt has written a book about the raw-foods lifestyle. Saw it in library the other day. Will check it out one day.

I have 2 almond trees and 2 pecan trees on my property and love eating the raw nuts, no salt no roasting. In the summer, a good cool treat is to freeze the almonds and eat them that way, it is a nutty frozen treat.
When I raised my on chickens, they were free range. Sold the eggs and meat to the health food store in town, and I loved those XXXL brown eggs, my chickens were Black Jersey Giants
