North Sea ship full of patches; the wind is high, calm comes in snatches. So far from home, our fears confound us! the rivets moan, the sea surrounds us. Did it go down? are there survivors? --------------------------------- this is a poem I wrote about my failed marriage to an emotionally/physically abusive mate.The fact that my daughter and I lived to talk about it is a miracle in itself.
