The picture below was taken this past Thursday. What a fun night it was. The band that played was called Los Pinguos. A group originally from Argentina, now residing in Los Angeles, CA. I hesitated posting this picture because, (1) my hair is sticking out all over the place! It was hot, and it did what it wanted to do., and (2) I look like I am in pain. Really I'm not though. I was having a lot of fun. This was one where I'm out there dancing by myself. My friend got asked to help out taking pictures that evening, so that left me to my own devices.   "Spend less time worrying who's right, and more time deciding what's right."

Ola....I would interpret the look on your face as ecstatic.....that is how I feel when I get into a beat that goes on and on....I love those long numbers....the 3-4 minute ones are way too short to get into that trance state. I love the African or Latin beat....sometimes Reggae if it isn't too slow, and dancing by myself gives me the freedom to not consider a partner, or what I look like, to turn off my brain and let my body take the lead. It's a very different feeling than the self conscious,social, partnered dancing that we usually do. Haven't done your kind for way to long.......you are an inspiration......

You look like you are having a ball Ola, good for you. Im going to a wedding next Thursday and I intend to dance until I fall. as my husband died 4 yrs ago I now find that going to these occasions I have to have a different attitude than I did when he was here. He would have been up for every dance. Great picture of enjoyment.

Great photo! Sure looks like you are having a good time. And good for you to 'just dance'. I haven't danced in years! So am very conscious when I try. But who knows? I may get wild and crazy! You just keeping on doing!
