I have been trying to upload a better picture but for some reason the old picture comes back. Anyway this one is a closer and clearer view of me during my time on the swimming team way back in 1949. We won the state championship under the coaching of Tom Lamar, I still talk to him by phone. 4/26/07 Just notice today, my picture I kept trying to post appeared to day 6 days after I tried to upload it on the blog before this one! I had copied it from our 1949 annual Ebb Tide, for ClassMates who wanted a before and after picture. |

Hey pictureman....... I asked this question over at the Magazine but am writing it again here. Are you M. G. ???? He was an old friend of mine and I worked for him (in the darkroom) when he had his portrait studio in The Gables during the 70s. I had some fun times during those years. Just curious ----- cuz you look like him!!

Sorry, M.G. is not me. I used to be a member of Professional Photographers of South Florida. We use to meet in Miami once a month, have contests, have guest speakers on photography. It was fun! I might have met him but it was so long ago, I doubt if I remembered him.
