 I haven't gone to any markets this year. I tend to overload when I do and then it doesn't get eaten. I did buy some corn on the cob last week and used a couple of cobs in my borscht. I haven't been cooking much these days as out temperatures have been soaring. I am not about to be standing over a hot stove cooking up a storm when it is so hot. A/C doesn't exist in the building where I live. Good for you Earthy sharing your bountiful in cooking for your neighbors.

People who love to cook are usually fantastic at it. It's great that you share your bounty with others who are less fortunate.
