I haven't gone to any markets this year. I tend to overload when I do and then it doesn't get eaten. I did buy some corn on the cob last week and used a couple of cobs in my borscht. I haven't been cooking much these days as out temperatures have been soaring. I am not about to be standing over a hot stove cooking up a storm when it is so hot. A/C doesn't exist in the building where I live. Good for you Earthy sharing your bountiful in cooking for your neighbors.
