 I am more sympathetic towards the lady of the family and understand that she may want to get more involved in the process, so I let Ann put the meat on the grill too, and take it off when it is done. She likes that!

Not only do I want to get more involved, I want to eat...same day...you have a vague idea that meat cooks on the grill or on the stove but just not interested in participating it the process.............

 When I was married we didn't have a bbq and my late husband was an excellent cook. So he really deserved the praise. I was left with the dishes so purchased a good dishwasher.
Now I have an electric bba on my balcony and praise myself for my excellent cooking!
