I struggled with the idea of changing my location for a number of years after Eric died and finally after 11 years, I just sold up.

I love the country life....and your area looks beautiful too.

Seriously crunch the numbers..... and make it happen my friend.

We have so much more life to live!!!

Hugsssss.............

Coney: After reading your reply to Solitaire, I felt like I needed to comment again.

Make a plan!

-Maybe you need to change agents if this current one is not working hard enough to sell your place.
-Investigate on the computer, the house or rental costs, utility costs, taxes, health care, etc. in the areas/states you're interested in...make a chart.
-Within reason, start serious decluttering.
-If it's an issue, find out the costs of moving to the various states you're interested in.
-Don't worry about how you and Jack are going to get where you decide to settle until after your place sells.

Just keep actively working toward your goal gal pal!!

Lots of hugssss........

Been through this more than once. What usually happens is one thing happens and the rest is decided around it. I had things figured out one way, then that all fell apart in one night. The last time I had one plan but a better one just fell into place within a month. I've been in the same place and situation for almost 4 years now - scary. You just never know. One day at a time and make the most of every opportunity to enjoy things and you should be fine.

I changed my location in mid-Feb.

It was a good change.
