Exciting!!!!

In my humble hamburger and pasty town we have a newcomer. Taj featuring Indian quisine. I can make everything on their menu, but to have someone else do the tough job and be able to relax and enjoy, that was glorious!
I believe they will do well here. They have run out of food every day! This is a good thing.

When it comes to diversity, everybody wins. Philly is rich in culinary options. We have new Filipino, Thai and Portuguese restaurants that I am certain I will visit soon.

Twilights, I think that Indian Food Restaurants are great. They are popular here. We have an Indian take-out store locally I often go to. I had a special restaurant one mum and I used to go to regularly. It was called " Hello Calcutta ".
My fave Indian food is the Masala Dosa, but not many places here make them, as they are hard to make. They are like a very thin Crepe, filled with spiced vegetables, mostly potato.
